Welcome to the Crèche Where the ladies of the congregation look after babies from weeks old up to 3 year old toddlers and allows their parents time to talk to people and enjoy the service. Yes every Sunday three ‘older mums’ who are all Disclosure Scotland Registered, look after the children. We feed them, change them, entertain them and sometimes even put them to sleep. Why not join us, it is a good way of getting to know other ladies of the congregation. If you are interested in becoming a crèche mum, you can contact Jean Moron on 628415 - we normally only do 1 Sunday in 4 on the rota.   The Crèche in Hallglen In autumn of last year the crèche was reinstated has been available during the service. The babies and toddlers leave after the children’s talk and play on the mats or sleep in their buggy at the other end of the room where the Sunday School takes place. It is a great way for them to have ‘their time’ and means that the slightly older ones are able to join in the craft and watch a dvd if they want. At the moment there are few people available to look after the crèche and it would be great to spread the load. If you would be willing to help speak to Isabel on a Sunday morning - even once every 6 to 8 weeks it would be a great help. |
