NEW FORM OF WORSHIP? HOW? WHERE? WHEN?

FAITH WORKS! New event for all ages at Ettrick Dochart Centre in Hallglen from 6pm to 7.30pm on the last Saturday of the month.

This is a new event for all ages being held at the end of each month with lots of exciting things to do: Singing-Crafts-Drama-Stories-Games-Activities-Challenges-Reflection-Prayer.  This is a free event – refreshments included!  Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The final morning service took place there on Sunday 5th June with communion. We acknowledge that when this happens it will be a great loss to the faithful members who have worshipped there over many years and we hope that they will all worship “down the road”. Please pray for this transition as it happens and for all affected by this decision which, although extremely difficult to take, is one that the Kirk Session feels is the right thing to do as we look to the future and face the challenges of the Church today. If anyone requires transport to and from the Old Parish for Sunday services then please contact the minister or session clerk or your pastoral visitor and we will try to make suitable arrangements.
